i don't wear mini-skirts but i guess some tights might go cute with it underneath in winder, i just got some vintage skirts today...like 3/4 length....i have boots that match with em so i just will wear that, no need for stockings if your wearing vintage and boots cos it covers your legs anyway, or just your knees are showing so you don't really have to worry about if you're tanned or not lol

I just wear the skin coloured ones to school in winter if need be.
Otherwise I wear those patterned ones and what not

I wouldn't wear skirts in winter because my legs would freeze. But if you do, then i don't think it looks bad. Tights do look nice though.

what kind of patterns do they have?
Do they have patternedones in other dark colours? (eg brown, navy blue) if so that'd be so awesome!
btw, are fishnets slowly fading out..? They tend to make the girls look a lil bit "slutty", well obviously depends what the girl is like/ dresses like.
