someone should really put up a FAQ considering how often these questions get asked.

there is no switchover. units will come up as the unit of study coordinators submit them. this can happen up to 2 weeks before sem begins to 2 weeks after.

^^Me too, I want to know if these tutes that are listed as weeks 1-13 actually do start next week. Yes, usually tutes don't start week 2 but after two subjects last semester having tutes start in week 1 I'm being really cautious.

P.S. What is the cash limit for buying notes at the copy centre?

Because it's for safety reasons. I remember it was something like $20 but I'm not sure, and if it is, out comes parental credit card so I can skip queues

I don't think they have one anymore because they let me spend like $200 cash in one go last sem. It used to be something ridiculous like $20 though, hope they don't go back to it

edit: not 200 but a fair amount, idk exactly

my tutes were originally listed as weeks 1-2, for three of them. Luckily that's only the case for one of them now.

When's the Sydney Central building opening? Popped in on Tuesday to hand in a form and I thought it would be open but it's not yet. The view from Wentworth looked pretty barren too...

Are they just opening the science/technology library and padding out the entire building later?

yay. one of my subs is up on blackboard. i was very worried about this subject, as part of it has always been a computer simulation/business strategy game which can lead to some very unpredictable assessment marks. This subject has a large prize, and also the outcome of that sub impacts my larger $3k prize as it's a core marketing unit.

Now that simulation has been removed from this year's outline. sexy time. instead of it there's now an extra 10% for the preso and online participation. fuck yeah.

And break comes to a close Oh well, it was productive. Made five figs and got a bunch of stuff sorted for my lolasia trip next month

Only one of my subject has text books, an English one with five :\ And only two have readers

And holy shit, just got this email:
Dear Students

ENGL2627 tutorial you have enrolled is cancelled.

Please login to MyUni to collect a new timetable.

Which is niiiiice because it was at 4pm, meaning I had a four hour break. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to see where it gets moved.

hmm. Gone over my broadband usage limit for the month, doesn't reset till the 3rd, slow net for a week FTW!!!!!!
I didn't go in early and buy textbooks coz you all yelled at me for doing so last time so i shall wait till first lectures.

Im hoping there wont be huge lines coz you guys said half the people will have dropped therefore it will be less crowded.
I've been sick all week and spent the last 2days in bed watching my name is earl.
