+1.nah, go ahead, use it.
if they didn't want others using it, motherfuckers should have put a lock on it.
whats up with wireless internet.
i found out last night that i can pick up someones wireless internet (neighbours?) and it is unsecured.
are there big penalties for using it or what
wep keys are relatively easy to hack anyway.
l2rgo nuts, they will eventually put a wep/ wpa key in. I kow my neighbour did after 2 months lol.
i second this notion.nah, go ahead, use it.
if they didn't want others using it, motherfuckers should have put a lock on it.
1. Its NOT hacking.. its connecting to a router..i wouldn't recommend hacking into other peoples net.. ive heard you can get virus' and spyware- some people leave theres unsecure.. so inturn they can hack into your computer, which is pretty smart..
It could be a few houses they need to ask to find out whos nicking it.use it but be careful.
you dont want to use up their whole internet usage downloads in a couple hours and then have them asking questions.
perhaps use it to watch youtube videos.
I didnt mean physically going around and asking. It could be a few houses they need to ask to find out whos nicking it.
Id Lol if hes living in a flat, the guy with the netgear is a fail.
That makes sense, but then again, if the person isnt that tech savvy to kow how to protect their network in the first place, whose to say they now how much DL's they have left?I didnt mean physically going around and asking.
I meant you dont want them asking themselves "hey, we used 4 gigs of downloads yesterday except no one was home. maybe someone else is using our internet connection. perhaps we should protect our network." etc
