First of all, I do not know where this thread is meant to go. If I have posted in the wrong section of the forum, I apologise to the moderators.

Well World Youth Day is starting in a few days and I was wondering is anyone going or is it just me? If so which package you taking? The full week or weekends?

I'll try and get some pics up soon.

What was everyones favourite moment? For me it was stations of the cross. the last 4 stations at Barangaroo were amazing.

so what actually was WYD? so far i've gathered it was nothing to do with youth and wasn't just one day, but there was lots of christians marching around the city for a week.

I could have paid for it last year but parents wouldn't let me (Cost + Disruptive of study). I also think I had a discount because I was an ex student of a Catholic School. And my parents are also Buddhist so they had no idea about it lol.
