Hello..
I was wondering if this was legal under copyright laws as such....

I want to create a short film, this short film will be non-funded, non-profit school assessment.

If I put it on a web-site that will gain no profit will I be able to have copyrighted music in it, if so do you know the piece of legislation that controls it?

Copyright law is university students, not high school students

LoLz..that would be an elective in the fourth year of university, and even then, the university has to provide that elective.

EDIT: Most likely in media law.
