Would you recommend me to do 5 units first semester. As in do 4 normal first year units, and then do full year unit which is split between two semesters?
i.e:
1st semester
econ110
accg100
isys123
mktg101

and stat170-yearly

2nd semester
econ111
accg101
acst101
econ141

what da think? basically 4.5 units per semester? do you think i can handle it as a first year student?

Dont do stat170 yearly. Seriously. It will kill you with its boringness, repetitiveness, slowness and horrible lecturer.

Plus, as ryan said, they dont let any first years do more than 14cp a semester.

No u cant, why? STAT170 is a pre requiste of ECON141!

U must not fail STAT170 in order to do ECON141

SO i suggest u take mktg101 out of there since u dont major in marketing and therefore it is not a pre requisite to anything.

Do mktg in semester 3 next year. Its ok to do so because the rules says u cannot exceed 30CP for 100 level units, u got 27CP there ( 9 x 3CP subjects).

rite thanks, didnt realise econ 141 had a prerequistie. k i will remove mktg and put in stat170.
