hey guys

just wondering how many words '10ers can write in about 40 minutes?

I'm a really slow writer. I don't know how many words 2.5 pages of my handwriting would be, but that would be what I'd roughly manage in 40 mins.

but it kinda depends on what i'm writing...
It could be an analytical essay, either prepared or not prepared or a creative writing, either prepared or not prepared...

Well our advance teacher says that we should do minimum 1000 in 50 minutes, and for HSC minimum 1200... Currently I can write about 1000 in 50 minutes... if i'm prepared that is, 40 minutes maybe 700-800?

wow this is pretty intersting. apparently our teacher said some shit like they got a guy to copy out an essay in 50 mins and he only hit about 1.5k words

i got a 50 minute test and my prepared essay is about 1.4k already. hopefully i can write fast

40 minutes, I can probably do 800-900 words, but if I've practiced the essay 1000 words is pretty easy. It's about 6 pages of my writing.

I've never thought about it I wouldn't get much done, i'm a pretty slow writer as well.

about 1k with a prepared essay but you're gonna need time to think and tweak it to fit the question, so about 800wors for me =/

Yeah probably 800-900 in class test with no prepration. With preparation I write quite fast probably 1000/1250

i guess it depends on how LONG you can write for.
cause once im on a writing spree.. it gets cut short often cause my hand hurts to much
