Was it converting the binary to hex? Some of the people in my class did, but I didn't think of it in the test

I just put it into 4 memory locations, i.e.

2E, 2F, 30, 31

I figured that the address was 2E, so I simply broke the 32 bits up into 8 bits (1 per letter) and put each letter at a seperate mem address. Called each mem address 2E, 3E, 4E, 5E etc, which I don't think is right.
That made more logical sense to me in the exam compared to just converting the memory address to binary.

That's what I should have called them.

Yeh i did the same thing as u dont worry.
Just split into 8 bits and a memory location for each sounds kinda right lol

I think the examiners had an affiliation with fish or something for the test.

"What is the function of fishfingers?" "Break FISH into 8 bit binary"
