GAME is selling the Xbox 360 Pro Bundles for $499 at the moment. It also includes Forza 2 and Viva Pinata.

A mate of mine got Viva Pinata: Party Animals and Mass Effect. Others I know have gotten other random mixes. It's usually a good game like PGR4/Halo/mass effect, combined with a pretty average game.

Apparently they ran out of games a few days ago, and are waiting to get more tomorrow

Quick heads up for anyone looking to buy a 360, GAME has a trade-in deal going (in NSW, but possibly in other states as well) where you trade in a PS2 + 10 games and you can get a 360 Pro + VP + Forza 2 for $99. (valid until 24/12/07)

What a lot of people have done is go over to EB, buy a used PS2 for $89, buy some used games that are not on the exclusion list (with the buy 2 get one free deal) and then head over to GAME and trade them in (OCAU thread)

Not really. If you do the whole PS2 thing, a used PS2 goes for $89 at EB, they've got a buy 2 get 1 free deal on pre-owneds, and if you fetch some $20 games that comes to about $140, so that would be around $230 for the PS2 combo.

Add $99 for the 360, and voila - brand new 360 + Viva Pinata + Forza 2 for
$330
