Was surprised with history, it is normally my best subject

What school do you come from, may I ask?
4 100s, that's the first I've seen....

Lol 4 100's, you can't really count computing studies can you and like everyone else says SC is worth nothing at all

A 100 is a 100.... Although, SC has no real worth nowadays, you still achieved awesome marks and it's a big achievement to get all band 6s (with 4 100s)....

Thanks all. I was really surprised, I didn't do nearly as well in the trials. My teachers say this could well be one of the top in the state except for the people who got all 100's.

Don't worry man, I got like 65/100 for SC Science Trials and ended up with 90 (band 6) in the real Science SC... My friend got like 82/100 for SC Science Trials and ended up with 91 in the real Science SC xD (17 mark difference in trials and 1 mark difference in real thing)
I got like 80/100 for SC Maths Trials and ended up with 96 in the real Maths SC... My friend got like 86/100 for SC Maths Trials and ended up with a lower mark than me in the real Maths SC (but still he got a band 6 of course) xD
Well, Year 10 is all over now and it's all behind us!
Year 11 and 12 will give a few of us a second chance to unleash our potential!

I wonder how well I would've done in the real SC exams considering I got the highest marks in most things for our Trials. My trials were mostly either really hard or there was potential for so many silly mistakes- Maths

My Trial Marks were like:

English: 69/90 (Extremely difficult marking and M Choice)
Maths: 75/95
Science: 75/100 (It was a damn hard test!)
History: 44/50 (Hard but okay as long as you studied)
Geography: 45/50 (Easy as long as you knew your skills)
Computing: 40/40 (Stupidly easy test)

If you wanted to go there from Kindergarten until Year 12 it would cost your family approximately $188,000 or so. Its like $16,000+ per year in Year 9- Year 12 according to TIGS's website.

Also in 2012 the fees are going up again so it'll prob add a couple of thousand so it'd be more like $190,000 by the looks of it?

Haha the school I was in yr7-10, the fees were 25k a year.. so it technically would've cost my family 100k over the 4 years I spent there.. was on scholarship though luckily

omg, this forum is ridiculous, and every single member is insanely smart. But i'm the first to post a comment like this one, but nevertheless it could be hard to miss a comment through 17 pages of verbosity. I actually studied really hard, and i didn't just flunk it or study the night before. I have been preparing for science for over a week, and am expecting something high, although i doubt i could reach 97 (like some members who, mind me, didn't study at all). How do you do it, i get it's a secret in your industry, but there are other hopeless Asians out here which need whatever it is you're hiding.
