lmao i wanted to do physcis but didnt get offered cos they pick top 48. i think for ext 1 math for u guys there are only 5-8 spots? idk but also if u do advanced eng in penrith they make u also take S.O.R 1 unit.

e1 is fine, physics teachers dont know what they are doing from what i hear bc most of the kids in the cohort say they rely solely on tuition and class of 25 don't have hope anymore

if by competitive you mean how high achieving is the year group, e1 is decent, physics is quite bad - source: hsc ninja

overall: dont go to penrith its a mid school bc the standards have dropped and apparently all the good teachers have left including the principal and most of the deputies that were there when it was ranked the highest. wait until hsc 2025 is over the ranking will drop to below 50 imo

aim for girra instead, thats where all the penrith kids usually go after realising their mistake
