Year 11 subjects _english adv/ ext 1 (1 Viewer)

I'm in year 11 at a selective school in Sydney. I've been getting below average marks for English Advanced especially in prelims, but fairly well in English Extension, my school has a strictenglish department and I'm worried I won't be able to do English extension 1 next year. Will they kick me out? I really enjoy extension more than advanced though.

Nah, they can't do that. They can only recommend things, but they definitely won't kick you out of EX1

im in the exact position but am considering dropping extension to focus more on my advanced cos i feel like im dividing up my time with english. thoughts?
