They do, but very casually as opposed to drilling you with questions.
As long as you respond with, here, have my certificates/extra curricular proofs and I wish to continue as many of these as possible at Girraween High, you're set.

Its basically the originals of whatever you sent them in your application, if you didn't send them any certificates/extra curricular stuff then I think its fine. Just so they know you're not bull crapping them I guess.
