Here is my marks and rank

Hist Ext: 4/16 92%
Legal Studies: 8/57 82%
Chemistry: 29/59 72%
Mathematics: 40/110 75%
Maths Ext.1: 25/57 75%
English Adv: 38/130 77%
Modern: 19/58 78%

Your ranks should easily get you over 90.

Few band 6s will guarantee your desired UAI.

that my moderated assessment marks can be in the 80's? if not 85?

Your moderated marks depend on your ranks. So if you are first in the year internally and top externally as well. Whatever you get in HSC will become your internal as well. So if you get 90 in HSC, 90 will be internal as well.

ok i understand, is it at all possible that ur rank for your assessment marks could change say if u killed the hsc. so if u were ranked like 40th in your assessments, but came like 5th in the hsc exam, could that rank change?

No. You are stuck with your ranks forever.

If you are ranked 5th is the assessment, that won't change. However, your assessment mark may increase as a result of your cohort's strong perfomance in the HSC. For example, if the mark submitted to BOS was 82 with you in rank 5th, and the 5th highest mark in the exam is 90, then your assessment mark will be 90. Your rank, however, will not change.
