It's not pseudo-science. This is where your you distinct lack of scientific knowledge comes in.
Every day I see a new scientific paper finding evidence for an environmentally problematic global warming trend. What's unique is that many paper find this evidence from an unrelated niche area of biology/meteorology/oceanography/etc; something that would be rather hard to accomplish it the theory weren't true.
Please, provide proof. And don't link me to secret conspiracy theory websites claiming it's all a ploy by the Oil barons who secretly have puppets in the American government.
You're right in saying this is politically motivated, and I would certainly say I am not happy with that (although it has certainly done a great deal for raising public awareness of the environment as a whole). But the fact remains the science is also very sound, and the trend
is a significant problem. If you've any brains you'll attack the politics behind it and suggest better ways it could be approached, rather than trying to convince yourself the problem doesn't exist and it's all conspiracy theories.
