A university would have to both provide an education and be profitable. The degrees in shopfronts idea does not fit the former.bshoc said:Why? I'd point out that Chile was never truly libertarian, it was fascist. And if we compare it to the rest of Latin America during the same period, it did pretty well.I think that was tried under Pinochet already
