When can I apply for youth allowance, I'm 17 turning 18 on the 31st of december and I'm finishing my HSC in like 5 days.

So when exactly should I apply for it, after I turn 18 or after I complete my exams.

when you get the letter for uni acceptance.

Can't you just apply now? I remember going to centrelink and they set me up with all my numbers and stuff, now just gotta apply.
