hey can anyone please help on this legal assessment. it also involves women but i already found resources in that but i can't find alot of info to help me on the questions based on migrants. my teacher didn't provide any info apart from the one in macmillan which is a dud. if you did migrants as a focus study at your school. can you please help me on this assessment questions.

1. Explain how the rights of migrants are protected by legal processes and institutions

2. Evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in responding to the disadvantage faced by migrants in Australian society. <--NEED MORE HELP HERE!!!


EDIT: also, if you know any programs legislation and reports based on migrants can you please state it here as well?

What i'd do for this type of question is find resources that justify if migrants are protected or not by the legal system.

Look for cases, legislature, government bodies and trends.
