Shortie_689, I have done EXACTLY what you have done and the same problem is occuring with me, extremely confusing. Maybe it's a fault with the anti-virus, are you using "Norton Internet Security 2008" like me or something else?

boot into linux (I use Ubuntu) and delete the file. works every time.

you can also try HijaackThis and tell it to delete on reboot.

The fact your obviously not adminstrator doesnt help.

Just delte the file and run a scan on anything you DL next time.

who says obviously not an administrator?

Thats becuase the computer wont let you corrupt its system files. If the OP cant delete the sound file she has a lack of privledges.

or maybe it's in use?

end all processes except for vital system processes.

Or boot in safemode. Can't believe that hasn't been recommended.

Thanks for the people who did help,I really like that I came here to get help only to be insulted by someone 5 years younger than me, very sorry snowfox that I do not spend my entire life in front of a computer and have a life elsewhere.
And for started I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR ON MY COMPUTER
and its just the ONE file the one and only file that I cannot delete!!!!!
The file cannot now be found on the computer but is still there!!!
But instead of asking for more advice from someone who is soo rude and gets quicks insulting people asking for help I will go to an actual professional who has degrees and knowledge in this area!!!
