Quite wrong. Using intelligent prose does not make you appear intelligent when you are incorrect. Those terms are used in reference to the course overall, not assessments that contribute to the grade.
Although you have to pay 95 bucks for the 'induction fee', RIP!I think the top 15-25% of students get an invitation to join.
You are a most special Lady
Am I like really really special or did everyone get an invite to become a member from the Golden Key International Honour Society? It sounds really wanky but it came from the university with letter head and everything. *I feel special*
HAHA, thanks. Dunno if I should join though, yes, no, maybe?oooh la la, sounds fancy! Congrats
Oooh Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton AND Desmond Tutu are honorary members
IMO warranted if the final exam is worth fk all (or if there is no final exam) and the in-semester assessments were weighted pretty heavily. Unfortunately (depending on what cup of tea you prefer), engineering and IT subjects usually have at least a 50% weighting for the exam, so i only really hear that kinda stuff from my arts friends.People I hate #563: People who use 'Pass', 'Credit' and 'Distinction' to refer to marks for individual assignments.
Are you going to join runoutofsleep?Ha I got that today too. It seems kind of creepy, like the freemasons or something.
did you join, SP?
Nah. I suspect that if I did fork out the $90 to join, I wouldn't end up engaging with the club at all and it would just be a waste of money.Ha I got that today too. It seems kind of creepy, like the freemasons or something.

I guess it will look good on your CV atleast.Yeah I can't really see myself attending any of their exclusive mensa meetings or whatever.
I was mainly wondering if the career opportunities etc would be worthwhile.
Perhaps not.
In conclusion, I don't know.
Please tell me embedded computing's not compulsory for SEng. I fucking hate IT and engo assignments sometimes because of that though. You pour heaps of effort into a 5 week project and it only ends up being like 4% of the total mark (*cough* embedded computing *cough*).
done and still doing it down at RailCorp. Probably the only place that'd accept anyone earlier than 3rd year with a credit average. Plus they offer flexible working hours (full time during holidays, 1-2 days a week during semester). Question: Have you done your vac work yet? If so, where, and when do applications generally open?
I've applied to Railcorp already. Kinda fucked for Accenture for an internship (as amazing as that would be) because my average is probably a credit, if that, though this semester's looking like the one where I turn it around and get straight 80s.done and still doing it down at RailCorp. Quite a few of my mates went with accenture for half a year (they do software and computer eng), pretty good experience and pay but you have to work 6 months straight (so they did part time uni).
