I don't think it's a good habit... but meh it helps. I've been caught doing it once by my dad who got worried and thought something catastrophic happened :haha:
I punch in the air then I hit something sometimes, it hurts :(

Yeah it does. I think we transform our stress in anger lol

Oh and i play games, generally violent ones like No More Heroes (Wii) or Fallout 3!

go play some mindless game on the computer or something, sit and read a book, sleep, etc. stuff that takes my mind off it.

what's the point of exercise if it isn't intensive.

-intensive exercise or
