It's true that everyone starts off neat because ITS A NEW BOOK. I do agree that loose leafs would be good because you can write it neatly when you get home in your actual book and it would be light to carry OH and it would also serve as a great revision technique but I don't know whether I am going to be that organised to do that.Ideally, the best way to organise work is to use binder folders and loose leaf papers and plastic sleeves for each subject and use one with dividers to carry recent work to school. This method is especially useful for studying and making notes.I found that for English, you would receive heaps of sheets,so this is very effective.
Also for books, most of us often start of very neat but get messy as the year goes on, and in senior school there is often no time to be neat so loose leaf sheets should be a better alternative, where you can always rewrite the classwork neatly to form notes. Books can also get heavy when combined with textbooks.
Maths is the only subject where I would go for an exercise book
I was thinking of that too, lol! I bet that would work great for remembering summarised notes, key points in studied texts, memorising essays / prepared extended responses.you guys have your own laptops at school?
i wish i had a voice recorder.. i don't want to seem like a creep recording things in the classroom hahaha
+1I wouldn't be able to concentrate with laptops at school.

I'll probably end up delaying copying my loose leafs into my book and then I'd end up losing my information.

Wow that looks really cool haha, though, despite its novelty factor, I doubt whether at the end of the day, it would actually help learning/note-taking in class.Livescribe :: Never Miss A Word
If you write using the special books then you just have to tap on your writing and you can hear what was being said when you wrote that. If you want to get one grab one from the US, much cheaper
That is what I thought - if I find one in the USA, and it is cheap enough, I will get one, if not I'll give it a miss.Wow that looks really cool haha, though, despite its novelty factor, I doubt whether at the end of the day, it would actually help learning/note-taking in class.
