Day 7 (i think, could be 8) of keto.

Breakfast;
2 fried eggs, ham

celery and peanut butter

Earl grey with cream and fake sugar

Protein shake with 10 teaspoons of cream and 200 mL of water

WEDNESDAY IS CARB DAY I'M SO EXCITED!

my biceps are very sore today.
Abs and cardio l8r on tod8 :)
So lucky for wednesday. Mines either Friday or saturday.

Im struggling. Its day 5 and yesterday was hell. Im pretty much holding back vomit 24/7 and so so so so so sick of eggs and meat. Im getting some pork rinds, soy chips, tofu puffs, stuff like that if I can find it to get some salty crunchy kick. I need something dry and savoury. Getting some lemons too to flavour my water, diet solo aswell cause im really after a something acidic to tear through me. I feel so fatty inside.

Gonna do some cardio tonight but ill probably keep away from the weights for a bit otherwise ill just throw up. Ive got nothing in me anyway so thered be not much point. Might get in one back session before my depletion/exhaustion session at the end of the week.

Ive just got to think that this phase is longer than any of my other weeks. 5.5days without carbs shouldnt be too challenging for the next month or two. This first 10, oh shit im at half way, is tough though.

Coffee - thickened cream + sachet of equal

4 eggs
4 pieces of bacon

Also down 2kgs.

Also down 2kgs.
I'm so excited. I went out and bought a tub of fat free ice cream for wednesday. I'm obvs not gonna eat the whole thing, just a bowl. YEW

Also, you shouldn't be down 2kgs so fast... you're probably dehydrated. Take berocca in the mornings, no carbs and it's got electrolytes and such that you need, especially cos we're not eating carbs.

Just went to the gym, i'm so boned.

Add to before more celery and peanut butter, half a small tub of cottage cheese, about to have another protein shake.

We should have our own thread.

Im getting bakers delight one of those big sweet chilli scroll things. Pasta aswell probbaly. I need like 750g of carbs so yeah. :) Cannot wait.

I cut out creatine so im not holding as much water and ive also lost the water weight that comes when you eat carbs. Sodium from the meat is still there though I guess. Dont know how much fat ive lost.

Dont forget to eat 25% of your LBM(lbs) worth of protein pre-workout.

Start it. ;)

Well my workouts are based around the end of my carb-up/start of the week because thats when ill have most energy. ill be doing a 3-day split with back/bis, chest/tris/shoulders and legs on the respective days (tuesday, wednesday, thu OR fri). Also a couple of sessions of cardio and one full-body depletion circuit workout immediately before my carb-up.

Im planning on doing this til august.
