do what i said for like 3 months and you will notice a change
to have a 6 pack you need to have low body fat
i can do 100 situps but i dont have a 6pack because my body fat is too high, it i cut heaps of body fat then it would be a 6 pack

im bulking up at the moment and also gaining a bit of a gut... should do some cardio?
thankfully my stomach v is still there

when you have bulked up enough then go crazy and lose fat and then you get the women

generally but bmi is horrible
especially once you start gaining muscle
someone with lots of muscle will have a worse bmi than someone with fat
or something
