today

breakfast: 1/2 cup oats, protein shake
morning tea: tuna, apple
lunch: chicken, brown rice, salad, gelato (chocolate fondant and apple pie flavours)
a/t: 2 slices wholemeal bread with butter and a protein shake
*Gym*
protein shake and a cup of juice. dem post workout carbs nomnomnom

dinner will be chicken and salad
then idk what

fuck yeah gym. so good. can eat so much and not get fat. dis is what you need to do muahahahah

5 egg whites, 2 yolks and avocado

2 cups of tea

200gm basa fillet in low sodium soy sauce, salad and avocado

about to have a protein shake

I fluctuate about 5 kilos during the hols as compared to when I'm at uni. So I'm about 56ish now. I went up to 58 :/ don't know how that happened lol. when I'm at uni, I go down to about 53.
Mmmm fish was so good. Dinner was some Arab food :) yummy.

How do you do it?? Is it just working out heaps + a balanced diet? What sort of exercises do you do?

pretty much.

i just do 5 compound movements (big movements that use multiple muscle groups) 5 times for time then maybe 20 minutes of cardio and 6 eat small-ish high protein meals. easy as pie.
