I had my first coffee in 60 days on FridayI used to drink between 12 and 15 cups of coffee a day. I think I may have had a caffeine addiction if that is possible.
So the past week has been reasonably bad diet wise and only lost 0.7kg.

There used to be a fish and chip shop I used to like and which I hadn't been too in 4 to 5 years. I went there spur of the moment on Tuesday and got 1 piece of battered fish, two potato scallops (although they gave me 3) and there minimum order of chips ($2 I think it was). I only ate about half of the chips.
I haven't tried fish in about 2 years so I was surprised when it tasted okay and I managed to ear perhaps half a dozen bites of it (it was thin).
