Employees won't give an advantage if you go to UNSW rather than USYD, vice versa. But my personal preference would be USYD Commerce based on its single degree. (USYD has outstanding international rep) I am JUST judging by both
single degrees alone. I will try not to be bias as I have no preference over one uni than the other.
USYD and USYD has a different number of core majors available, for example, USYD offers Econometrics when UNSW doesn't and UNSW offers Taxation when USYD doesn't.
Please also take account of travel time.
USYD has an IPP.

USYD has awesome ivy league exchanges, but the same with UNSW.
And by the way, the rankings don't matter, they're for Post-Grad.
In the end, it's your choice, but it doesn't really matter which one you end up to.
