    English Paper 2

Mod A: --> q was super easy to answer. Including the extract was somewhat a challenge for me, cos I did not really use the evidence in any of my exemplars before. But I made do with it Mod B: --> Easy pezy. Legit zero adaptation for TS Eliot poems, since the q legit targeted the core conceptual...

    english paper 1

I mean we have paper 2 which could save your speculation of misunderstanding the question. Even then, you should be fine if you mentioned the explicit features on top of form (i.e. the purpose of the genre) had you included them in your analysis. If you described aspects of characterisation...

    In between exams

With paper 2 English finishing tomorrow, my next exam is on the 20th oct. Obviously the revision is still on. But how intense should the study be esp since I have heard some ppl who aced the hscs state they actually took a day off? I just want my mindset to be fresh and avoid burnout, which was...

    Eng Adv Paper 2 Predictions

Yh. You would defs have to use the extract cos that counts as engagement with the question. But I am not sure if it specifically implies that you have to discuss that poem in particular or simply draw references. Probably safer to discuss the poem they give in the extract

    Eng Adv Paper 2 Predictions

maybe, maybe not since NESA apparently does not follow a pattern lol. But its likely they will give an extract if they specify poems. If not, ig its better to be prepared for all poems

    Mod C stimulus clarification

fair - sometimes the questions reinforce "You are not required to write out the extract as part of your response" in this case ig its better to continue from the ideas explored in the extract, but not really discuss it (apart from some references to it in the body ig). Would this be alright?

    Mod C stimulus clarification

When an extract is given, and the instructions state "Use this line as a stimulus for the opening of an imaginative, discursive or persuasive piece of writing that explores the concept of dreams" we must continue with the lines right (as in the introduction or the starting of our...
