Predictions for Eng. advanced questions 2022??

hmmm feel like Rhapsody, since many people will ignore that one and NESA hasn't really forced this since the new syllabus. But I can't say for sure!

Have most people memorised their english material by now?

personally, I wouldn't say I completely memorised my essay, but I have generic structure for an essay which I repeatedly practice. In essence, I remember the key ideas, but adapt to the question whilst writing my essay. I do this multiple times until I am proficient with my structure.

    MX2 PREDICTIONS (Q16, Q15..)

prolly lol. Tbf mechanics and proofs are likely. Complex idk, but if I remember the q16 of the 2020 HSC had some intergration qs as well

What on earth is this question asking

yh fair. The question by itself is very much answerable, rather the condition of the whole prescribed text might be incorrectly worded!

What are your tips for reading task time management Paper 1 Advanced English?

tbf there is no point reading everything in my opinion, when I found what I need to discuss I just move on and come back when there is time to spare!

    Writing over the given lines/spacing?

How much is permissible to write over the given spacing? Like can we write beyond the point it says "End of question 32.. etc". I know we cannot write beyond the borders, but what other limits are there?

BoS trials Maths and Chemistry 2022

I personally did not do the test, but arrived at the answer after substituting x = 2cos(theta), then finding the roots using the cos(3theta) expression. After which I used the manipulation of the sum of roots and double roots. Correct me if I am wrong!

    advanced english discursive?

Yh honestly best plan for MOD C. In the case that our imaginative, discursive or persuasive draft does not match the stimulus at all, do you guys think its worth coming up with ideas on the spot rather than trying to adapt ?
  12. R

    advanced english discursive?

yh this is tru. Persuasive is literally a discursive except you have to be high modal and support one view, instead of a balanced discussion!

    1984 quote technique confirmation

precisely, what I intended to apply the quote for. Thanks, I guess stating it as a 'historical allusion' does well with the contextual link as well!
  14. R

    advanced english discursive?

tbf I haven't practiced adapting my persuasive... since I more comfortable with my imaginative or discursive lol!

    Mod C

Tru - its only the stylistics features that we borrow to make our writing more "informed" as put through English criteria jargon
