p\cdot c-p \cdot b -a\cdot c +a\cdot b=0

Then simply add these two equations:
p \cdot a -p\cdot b -a\cdot c +b\cdot c=0
\(p-c) \cdot (a-b)=0 by factoring

The change for NOCl and NO are the same whereas the same for Cl is half that of NOCl since the molar ratio is 2:2:1. So in total 1.9 moles.
