Find the info yourself on the Board of Studies website. It's not hard. If you can do that then you should be able to sit the IT exam. I don't see why you won't sit the exam as generally trial papers are harder than the HSC papers. Also, why go out of your way just to fill out a misadventure...

Take a look at Khan Academy's probability videos. It might help to watch & hear how someone works through a variety of probability questions.

:O I'm kinda jelly! I'm half for the major project as you learn at your own pace but at the same time it can distract you from your studies. What will you be assessed on instead of the major project?

Aww. :( Why are you sad? I have been doing well. Managed to stay healthy through the half-yearly exams. Glad that it's over but I need to motivate myself to do work in the holidays. I want to get most of the major project done.

What textbook are you working out of? My school uses MiF but sometimes I prefer the examples or explanations in the Cambridge or Fitzpatrick text.
