they should scale those who did the independent trial differently to the rest the purpose of scaling is make it fairer, so go on then make it fairer, given that some students had some of the content prior to the exam, whist others didn’t

here are 8 ext 1 maths papers they are caringbah, fort st, manly, normanhurst boys, sydney boys, sydney girls, sydney grammar, sydney tech added to post #1 and amongst the 117 trials, that now makes it 100 maths papers

the independent trial was likely written after the hsc, so did someone know already it was in hsc and thought yeah great idea to put it into the independent paper? they may be learning now that that wasn't such a great idea after all

i don't really like flying blind, and have to admit i haven't seen either paper but can someone confirm, 1. it was in hsc exam? 2. it was in independent trial?
