Post a picture of your ride

I don't really want to spend all that much on a bike I don't plan to keep for that long. It's a LAMS bike. I'm just gonna get some frame sliders, a windscreen that isn't stupidly dark and call it a day I think :p

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

The Mighty Car Mods series on importing a Japanese car was extremely cool

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

Extremely low. It's designed for people who are completely new to motorbikes and road use. If you can't ride a bicycle i would learn how to do that, it's not directly transferrable the skills, but the feeling of being on two wheels is similar. It's very hard to fail tbh.

Notsureifsrs Maybe just get the learners and do the course to see how it feels?

Re: CARS & Mighty Car Mods Riding With Tom and Leadpin are great too haha. I suspect he lives near my area, i see him heading in the opposite direction on my work commute every now and again.

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

Re: CARS & Mighty Car Mods I'm already a sub. ;) Got a Yoshimura TRC that came on the bike haha. Would probably be considered mild. I drive pretty defensively and passively and yeah my friends have a go at me for sticking religiously to speed limits driving the STI (doesn't get you...

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

re: CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods Actually fairly straight forward although I've been driving manual cars for years and can mountain bike. I thought it was just putting the 2 together but I can see how someone who has not concept of traffic or changing gears would find the course...

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

re: CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods Yeah, gotta do it to get your Learners. Was actually a very good course for someone completely green I think. I ended up going to HART at St Ives.

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

re: CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods Cheers, still going around the quiet streets where I live getting used to the thing haha. Having fun though :) Something that doesn't have heaps of power, is relatively comfortable and natural to begin with and that you wouldn't mind dropping. That more or...

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

re: CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods A bit of a mindf*** at first trying to riding a bicycle while driving a manual car at the same time with hand and foot controls reversed haha. It was pretty straight forward I think once I got that worked out. I had an unlimited budget for safety gear...

CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods

re: CARS & RIDES & Mighty Car Mods Yeah, got excess cash and a bit bored haha. Picked up my learners and going through Bikesales trying at the moment :)

    Reformation/shift in medical system

If someone truly knew what to do, they would've Googled it and not gone to see the GP in the first place. A lot of standard treatments for many common conditions aren't particularly complex, that's really no secret in the medical world. The trick is knowing when you do need to do something...

    Reformation/shift in medical system

Totally wrong. You need a GP to differentiate the serious from the trivial illnesses and that kind of call is something that can only be trained with years of experience and formal training, ie medical school. If you care to look for the empirical evidence, it actually suggests that the greatest...

partially faked log book got busted

I laughed pretty hard reading through this thread. This took a special kind of fail. Ftr I did my 120 hours legitimately.
