It really depends on what you find more efficient.

Do you think they are doable in around 20 mins? Most people who state rank in mx2 have at least 1 hour for the last 2 questions. So far I get only around 7 questions done in 3 hours lol

Isn't biology a rote-learning subject :P (it is in high school, don't know about uni).

Try to develop your critical thinking skills. It is very essential, especially for BSc. Critical thinking is understanding what is going on and always looking for reasoning for why things happen, why is this answer correct and the other answer is not etc... It is the opposite of rote-learning.
