No, not until the proposed changes are passed by the Senate. So for the $1000 or so dollars you can get in Semester 1 will be given to you without having to be repaid BUT the loan repayment thing might come into effect in Semester 2 therefore if you opt to use the loan you will have to pay back...

Most definetley. Just follow the major for Medical Science/Biomedical Science or Biotech Science which all have the same 1st yr units.

Yeah haha. All you need to make sure about is you do the units that would replicate what you would do in the Bachelor of Biomed/Med/Biotech Science. eg. If you want to transfer you would need to take the following units in 1st year. You will understand this when creating your units and...

Basically I think with flexible, You can choose to major in Med or Biomed or Biotech science as stated here http://www.handbook.uts.edu.au/courses/c10242.html. I'm prity sure as long as you follow the course handbook for 1st yr units and do well, you may be able to transfer into 2nd year...

It won't hurt to have a go for your 1st preference because if you don't make that they will automatically consider you for the 2nd preference.

I put 10000 since I thought immediate meant first year, but I don't think it matters too much.
