That questions isnt actually that bad. I would just say how it was discovered from relativistic momentum and then you can relate to the de broglie matter waves (the equations) and how it applies to nuclear power and production of energy in stars

I don't know what other model you are talking about. the textbooks refer to it as "Einsteins photon model of light" and the assumption he makes to explain some of the inconsistencies etc

100% the questions are so bullshit which is why i dont think they will ask them because usually the physics teachers and by extension the people who write the physics exam also think its abit trivial
