    Probably ANU since you have accommodation sorted, but if you can get accommodation in Melbourne easily, then I'd say unimelb just because Melbourne is less of a shithole than Canberra. Tbh both are terrific academically, and it doesn't matter too much since you'll be doing postgrad med anyway.
