^ I did like 2 hours a day and maybe 4 (if lucky) on the weekend. of course this increased to probably double during exams and right before HSC it was pretty much all the time. do as much as you need to understand everything and pace yourself. you're in a marathon and the end is a long way away

Ask the teacher to focus more on the work. Download a copy of the syllabus from the BOS. Summarise the info into dot-points from the textbook (I assume you have one) Get a tutor if you are completely stuck
