I think the coordinator said if you don't hear anything by 22nd of august after the interview, then the opportunity has probably passed. Not 100% sure though. Interviewer did mention that they don't send rejection letters, though.

Just to note, UNSW Open Day is on the 6th of September, so you can actually attend sample lectures to get a taste for the different degrees!

I attended the Friday afternoon session and had the first interview slot, which really was, quite convenient. I suppose I was a bit disappointed at their lack of enthusiasm during the interview - I thought it was an indicator haha. It says on the booklet that around 30-35 spots are available...

Guaranteed entry into BAcc, which is surprising, because I thought I got grilled. Re. applying for other thing, I've had interviews for a few more programs/cadetships. Lucky on the 4th hah. Still waiting on the last firm to contact me though.

Congrats on the cadetship! Why do you want to do law? Have you asked the firm whether they're flexible, at all, about it? If it turns out that accounting wasn't what you were into, you could always do a J.D. (postgrad law) after the cadetship.

I believe they're choosing 4 for audit, and 12 in total or something. Looking at how many interview slots they had for audit... hahahah :|
