Will only talk about the subjects I did: Adv English - didn't use any textbooks, only the texts. However if information about your text is scarce online I might consider getting a textbook that specialises in the analysis of the text. Ext Maths & Maths - Terry Lee, Cambridge, and Past Papers.

IIRC you do implicit differentiation on the ellipse, which allows you to find the gradients of the tangent to the ellipse. The line's gradient is -2/3, so from differentiating the equation of the ellipse, you are able to find dy/dx which = -2/3. Go from there. I'm not entirely sure though.
