Some degrees (AFAIK one of the only being UTS Business) have transferring ATAR requirements, as UTS's Double Degree (something with business) has a lower cut-off than standard. Students can get early entry despite not getting an ATAR through doing certain courses.

Did you use a different GPU before? Perhaps Integrated? Try using integrated and install AMD Drivers. If not use DDU to reinstall drivers.
