Meh, semi-selective. They don't offer as many scholarships as Sydney Grammar as far as I know, therefore they don't tend to do as well? Though this year's cohort is pretty varied.

Yeah, I think they outranked grammar for the first time ever last year too. How do I know? They changed the school's banner within *hours* to say "First Independent School hsc resuls blah blah blah" ... lol.

I think the Sydney Morning Herald is just the greatest, yes, my, what an amazing institution they are.

Yeah my predicted HSC marks for both chem and bio were 89.1 (this was from the trial). Hoping against all hope I can scrape a B6, if not my ATAR's pretty much shot.

My folks are in Malaysia until the 23rd. My plan, if they call home, is to go with the good old "uhhh I'm too scared I haven't even looked yet". Best part is they're with my (sick, etc. etc.) grandparents who don't have internet... lel

I think most of mine think I'm crazy too. I came within an inch of dropped MX1 after the trials to be on 10 units, should've seen my maths teacher's face.

Can I just say it's super convenient my parents are overseas atm. Couldn't have hoped for better timing.
