    Asian parents and affection

Nope. Raised by my father and aunt (mother's sister) thanks to circumstances beyond our control... they kind of hate each other so as a result my family is a little off dysfunctional. And no, neither of them are very affectionate. =/

Misread hsc timetable=> missed out biology exam. What's gonna happen now???:((

Um one time I delayed the handing back of a Y8 art assessment task for like a term (they had to have all of them marked before they could give any out).

    BoS Supervises - Very Chill?

Every now and again one of them shouts "GIRLS BE QUIET" after pens down but really they don't do much.

    General Thoughts: Mathematics

Bahahaha I know right. I know I definitely lost 2 marks but knowing my silly mistake ratio I probably got like 10% lolz.

    Genetics option

Nope. Didn't study them and was ridiculously happy they weren't explicitly in the exam xD I think I did end up talking about the wrong thing in (i) though. Did any one else talk about redundancy? In part (ii) I had on one hand, the higher the genetic similarity (%) the closer the common...

You know... if that ever happened to me... ... I'd be glad my father and by extension all his friends are doctors.

    clone or not????

I also said it wasn't a clone. Can't remember what I said but probably some bullshit about alleles and random segregation and stuff. =/

    Playing the piano

I was forced to when I was 6 and carried it through until I was 17. Damn Asian parents. Unfortunately enough for me I only started liking the piano during the end of year 10 (when I quit during the beginning year 12) as up until that point I had to do the "grades". Once I could choose the...

    General Thoughts: Biology

The data showed that the optimum pH of rennin was acidic? (I went into more detail during the exam but can't be bothered to type everything out xD)

    General Thoughts: Biology

I believe I did, but incredibly nebulously and presumably not in the way I was supposed to xD I talked about Mendel, then Sutton and Boveri. Basically said that Mendel used a brush to pollinate, but Sutton and Boveri were able to observe meiosis under a microscope (or something similar, idk).

    General Thoughts: Biology

I said something about the rat eating more to produce more energy =/ And shivering, obviously.

    B6 Cut-Off Estimate

It was a pretty easy paper imo. I have to agree with OP, 83-86 :)

    General Thoughts: Biology

I thought it was a great paper. Especially the option Genetics: The Code Broken ... practically everything I *didn't* revise very well wasn't there. Woohoo! :D

    Can HSC markers 'google?'

I heard one year for chemistry they asked a radioisotopes in medicine/industry question and got a whole range of weird ass answers, so much so that they kind of had to 'google' or at least look up somehow some of them. This was from my chemistry teacher who I think was made an HSC marker last...
