Lucky you. I'll be 18 about a week before HSC results come out fml We're not getting our jerseys till term 2 next year, which really pisses me off Also, we got to vote between two colours and crests and the ones that won aren't very nice... I could rant about it all day but I'll stop there lmao

Anyone here know anything about the mooting competition held by western syd uni? Also I gotta admit I've come to like legal less and less as the year goes on, but its more because of the classwork rather than the subject itself. I've heard the content gets better in Yr12 tho

Ohhh ok yeah I think we're doing mod A because we have to read The Great Gatsby during the holidays. Kinda sad though because one of the other classes is doing 1984

So far so good Gets annoying tho when we have to do group work and no one communicates or does the work but the teachers still make us do group stuff Honestly I think this subject is a lot better doing individual work rather than group work

Yeah true. I guess I was mostly thinking of the Greek/Christian god/s. Many deities do possess human qualities though, such as body structure, limbs, faces, etc

On the topic of a human-like all powerful being, I've never understood why a majority of deities have a human form. Why a human form? I mean on a universal scale we aren't even specks of dust - why would we be so special as to share the same form as an all powerful being?

Yeah its essentially a "did the chicken or the egg come first?" kind of situation I believe in the big bang theory as well, but I kind of believe that the universe sort of loops from expanding to compressing into another big bang and so on. Then again, there'd have to be something to catalyse...

idk if this is limited to the christian god or the 2000+ other deities from other human religions, but I don't think any god exists, because if there was one wouldn't they have clarified which religion is the right one? I mean look at all the discourse nowadays between groups trying to push...
