Whilst the subjects you do can have a small impact on scaling and all that bullshit, its ultimately about how well you do. Picking 4U isn't going to guarantee a high atar, just like picking english standard isn't going to guarantee a relatively low atar, which seems to be the popular belief (we...

    Mini PIP Ideas

I think the main thing to keep in mind with any kind of PIP is to remain impartial - you can refer to your own experiences, but avoid any kind of projection of your opinion onto your PIP Also, get your PIP done early. I wrote my entire mini pip the night before it was due and it was probably one...

    - effect of anime/manga on identity/development of one's identity - what does the spread of anime/manga say about globalisation? - the effect of anime/manga on gender stereotypes/perception of female body type (I think these would be particularly interesting - it is a common topic, but its a...

No problemo. I don't think it'd be too risky, so long as you have sufficient evidence to back up your point.

    2018ers Chit-Chat Thread

I haven't done family law, so I can't help on your second question, but I think if you're arguing that something is extremely effective then there's no need to add arguments against, as that would weaken your overall argument that something is in fact effective.
