Yes, the past HSC papers will be irrelevant but I remember hearing my teacher telling us that NESA will publish practice papers for the 2019 HSC, there are also websites where you can download trial papers from other schools. You shouldn't be worried because everyone is in the same boat as you.

90+ in all of your essays is really good, you should stick with the same strategy, but just practice adapting your essays to past HSC questions if that's the only thing you're struggling with.

I have a question regarding the structuring of an essay for module C. As mentioned above you can focus 2 paragraphs for each text, but my teacher emphasises that we should not be balancing both texts on a 50/50 basis but rather 70/30, which means 2 body paragraphs for each text would not work...

Depends on the school but most schools I know of allow you to use it. Just ask your teacher if you're not sure.

If you think that maths is one of your weak subjects then I would probably go with economics instead of either physics or chemistry, the new syllabuses for both those subjects are going to be heavily based on math calculations. And yes 3 sciences may be a lot of workload, even if you're good at...

If your strongest subject is maths, I would recommend going with chemistry since the new syllabus is going involve a lot more calculations, so being good at maths gives you a big advantage there. Physics and chemistry also complement each other quite well. Ultimately it's your decision, but imo...

I don't think it's directly used to calculate your ATAR but your internal mark is going to be scaled up more if you're in a school that's ranked higher.

Yes you should definitely try doing 4u, in my own experience I have never come across a person achieving high 80s to 90s who has immensely struggled with 4u.

As for what you shoukd do these holidays, you don't have to do all of this but here's what you could do: - read your prescribed texts for English - get a head start on each of your subjects (doing this for physics and chem helped me a lot so I was always ahead of my class) by reading textbook...

Well you shouldn't drop maths ext if you know you can do way better, only drop it if you're actually struggling with the subject.

Definitely an all nighter for me, for the same reasons as stated above. Getting up early is way too unreliable

I'm pretty sure scaled mark, it wouldn't make sense to count your best raw marks because that could just defeat the purpose of choosing your best 10 if something you scored lower in then scaled to a much higher mark. I'm not 100% sure though, someone else might want to confirm.
