    Portal 1 was an experiment rather than a stand alone triple A release. It came with the Orange box and it was kind of a side game. Portal 2 is way better.

    If you are good at what you do you won't be left without a job. IT out of all other fields has the most jobs actually. I wouldn't worry about it! Study what you love :D
