    1. ask your department manager, or someone in the office 2. yes basically. it's not usually required, but sometimes i send all the pick ups and then count the draw at the POS, then once the pickup is processed i reinput the same count through office. (doesn't work if the draw is used again...

    i did the same thing as you the other day, reduced it and took down the price. probably check with front end manager as to if we're meant to do that or not. and when customers get pissed off, either call the front end manager or store/duty manager up to deal with it.

    i'll skip the basics, and say one thing they'll hopefully never have to use but should have at least a vague idea about is manual eft for when the lines are down. where to find the phone numbers and your stores merchant number and all that rubbish.

    Oh yeah, before tax hit over $1000 last week, and looking like over $1500 this week. Big week this week, 43 hours at least. (2.5.2 in the agreement says that's ok in the weeks around easter, just need to not go over the 4 week total of 144 hours.)
