Well I continuously made notes in year 12 so that every dot point was covered IN DETAIL for IPT and SDD. (I also bought the new IPT excel book to cover the new syllabus). And I asked my teachers questions if i wasn't sure of a dot point. (I made year 11 notes, but only did very brief notes...
I'm proof of this :) but I was a pretty bright student throughout my schooling years. I just wasn't the type who got 90s+ for maths or English. I would of been always an 80s+ student.
So if you're a current or future HSC student, do not fear. An ATAR 90+ is very possible without high scaling...
I need clarifying. Can they see our HSC results or just our ATAR?
Also for our preferences can they only see what we put for their uni? or can they see our entire preference list.
Does Usyd and UNSW have the same maths content? I'm not sure I would like a comp sci degree. before HSC I told myself I would not go into a heavy maths degree (I got 82 for HSC 2 unit adv maths, not sure how accurate that is from BOS. UNSW recommeneds at least 90 in 2 unit, or else take the...
ahahaha I wanted to know about my FEAS chances too lol. so software engineering doesn't need physics as well? I thought it did cause it's a BE degree. Maybe I'm thinking of Usyd.
Lol what is the ethics course actually about then if it's not about ethics? and just on a side note how does Usyd's...
Not necessarily. Software design and development goes into the basics of hardware within the CPU, such as registers and accumulators and explains the fetch-execute cycle from a CPU perspective. I understand that HSC computer subjects are not at uni level computing nor do they intend to be, but...
Yeah there's 4, but I didn't do them and didn't get band 6 for 2u. Sucks that there's no HSC computing subjects counted, pretty stupid, considering it's a computing degree.
Hi, I would also like to know this. I received an atar of 90.55 though, and was wondering what are my chances of getting in via FEAS? Is the course set to stay at 91? I have a feeling it may rise to 91.5
Eh, don't use fb then if you don't want people to know what you did 10 years ago. Basic common sense.
tbh I look at my life about a year and half ago (since I joined), and besides growing up, nothing much has changed in my life, lol so meh.
Say a student rings up BOS for a check and they find a marking error, so their marks change significantly, would this mean that everyone who previously beat this student is now below this student, thus they will get lower ATARs? Just as if a school marked ur exam and you complained so you got...
