Easier way to find trig stat points?

If "u.n" is what you're getting, then it simply means "about the inflexion point, the concavity changes from concave up to concave down."

    Integrate exponential question

Assuming you got the primitive y = -e^[-xln(3)] + C, to find C; use the information given that a horizontal asymptote is y = 2 That is, an asymptote simply means a value for which the curve does not exist in - this case is y = 2. So, let y = 2 into your primitive: 2 = -e^[-xln(3)] + C What...

    Inverse trig functions q

    From these 2 graphs, pick any x co-ordinate, e.g. Let x = 1, graphically, you can see that: at x = 1 on y = arccos(x), y = 0 at x = 1 on y = arccos(-x), y = π add these two y values and you get π. Do this for any x co-ordinate in the domain and you will get π. Algebraically: = arccos(x) +...

    Questions about driving.

How long does it take to learn to drive manual? I'd rather not be limited to auto for the rest of my life.

    year 11 counting?

It doesn't, but regardless you should be putting at least some effort into year 11.

Question on differentiation of exponential functions.

y=xe^x dy/dx= xe^x + e^x = e^x(x+1) = 0 for stationary points As e^x never actually reaches 0, the only solution would be x= -1 Sub in that value for x into the equation y=xe^x, and you get the stationary point (-1, -1/e) Then using second derivative or testing points you...

How long does it take to memorise an essay?

Takes about 5-6 hours for me to memorise 1000-1100 ish words. If you start on monday, there's plenty of time. Don't neglect the other essay though, its probably worth just as many marks.

    Volume of solids + trapezoidal

    Isn't it just Square the function, y = (3^2x)/9 5 function values = 4 sub-intervals, hence h= (3-1)/4 = 0.5 Sub in values for x = 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 into your squared function Apply Simpson's rule, then multiply by pi

    What rankings/marks needed for a 95+ ATAR?

It's important to realise that a top 5 rank at a school like James Ruse is completely different to a top 5 at a lower ranked school, and smaller subject cohort → higher rank equivalent. But in OP's case, if you go for rank 1 in all subjects + succeed in the HSC exam, that's probably the safest...
